Market Executive Details:
Direct Hire position- $
85,000.00 to $ 150,000.00 / annually First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
The Market Executive oversees business planning, resource allocation, operational performance, and strategic objectives for the company. This role ensures compliance with Board policies and regulatory requirements, collaborates with executive leadership, directs management personnel, supports business development, and reports organizational performance.
- Lead strategic business planning, operational performance, and execution of organizational goals.
- Drive regional growth through commercial banking relationships, business development, and community engagement.
- Oversee budgets, financial performance, resource allocation, and operational efficiency.
- Direct and develop management teams while ensuring compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and the Board of Directors on long-term strategy, profitability, and business objectives.
Market Executive Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of related professional experience - commercial lending experience highly preferred
- Specialized banking education and training, with a strong understanding of the banking, data processing, and trust services industries.
- Demonstrated expertise in business planning, executive management, and strategic decision-making.
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills; valid driver's license required.
