Service Writer Delivery Driver
We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Service Writer / Delivery Driver for a busy Heavy Truck Tire Shop. This role combines customer service, administrative support, and delivery responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be comfortable interacting with customers in the shop, handling phone calls, using computer systems, and assisting with tire deliveries and inventory handling as needed.

Service Writer Delivery Driver Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to05:00pm )
- Greet customers as they arrive and write up service tickets for work being performed in busy heavy industrial tire shop.
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with questions, scheduling, and service requests.
- Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone.
- Enter customer and service information accurately into the computer system.
- Coordinate with sales and service staff to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Deliver tires and products to customers and assist the sales team as needed.
- Load, unload, lift, and move tires safely.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and follow assigned routes.
- Keep the work area organized and professional.
Service Writer Delivery Driver Qualifications:
- 1+ years previous industrial sales or industrial customer service experience required.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn company software.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Ability to safely lift, carry, and handle tires throughout the workday.•Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
