Shipping and Receiving Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 23.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to04:30pm )
As a Shipping and Receiving attendant in a dynamic shop environment, this role is essential to our production process, encompassing a variety of tasks from precise assembly to efficient shipping and receiving operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute shipping and receiving duties, which include unloading and loading materials, verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against invoices, and organizing inventory within the shop.
- Accurately package finished parts for shipment, ensuring proper labeling, protection, and adherence to packing standards.
- Conduct basic quality checks on assembled components and packaged products to maintain quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation and contribute to the overall cleanliness and safety of the shop environment.
Shipping and Receiving Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in shipping and receiving within an assembly, manufacturing, or a related production role.
- Experience performing general laborer duties in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to understand and follow both verbal and written instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
- Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
