Process Improvement Coordinator Details:
Temporary position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Review and update 5S maps to match actual production floor conditions.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and outdated visual controls.
- Work with Operations and CI teams to improve organization and efficiency.
- Conduct floor observations, validate work areas, and support 5S audits.
- Document findings, track action items, and prepare final improvement reports.
Process Improvement Coordinator Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
- Must be able to work on-site in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word preferred: AutoCAD or facility layout experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Interest in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement preferred; must follow food safety and safety requirements and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
