We are seeking a diligent and safety-conscious Operator to join our 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift production team. This role is essential for our manufacturing process, involving various hands-on tasks within a warehouse.

Operator - 2nd Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 24.00 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available ( Monday throughFriday )
- Operate equipment and perform hands-on tasks efficiently and professionally.
- Consistently follow established procedures and instructions to ensure process integrity.
- Perform sustained physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Execute tasks such as loading and unloading parts, water blasting, and conducting basic process checks.
- Maintain a safe and productive work environment within a hot, wet, loud, and potentially dirty industrial setting.
- Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and develop as a skilled operator.
Operator - 2nd Qualifications:
- Ability to comfortably and safely work in a demanding industrial environment (hot, wet, loud, and dirty).
- Capable of performing sustained physical work throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and stand for extended periods.
- Prior experience in a chemical or industrial-process environment.
- Background in assembly-line operations or mechanical work.
- Required attire: Safety Toe Shoes (STS) and pants.
- Resume with consistent work history required
