Receptionist Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls while providing professional customer service.
- Greet customers and visitors, assisting them with questions and directing them as needed.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records, emails, and office documentation.
- Keep the reception area organized, clean, and welcoming for customers and guests.
- Support daily office operations in a fast-paced automotive sales and repair environment.
Receptionist Qualifications:
- Previous receptionist, administrative, customer service, or front office experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a professional phone manner and customer-focused attitude.
- Basic computer proficiency, including email, data entry, and office software applications.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to pass a background check, motor vehicle report (MVR), and pre-employment drug screen.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check

- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
