Accounts Receivable Details:
Temporary position- $
20.00 to $ 22.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to support daily accounting and billing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience managing invoices, resolving billing discrepancies, and assisting with month-end closing in a fast-paced office environment.
Accounts Receivable Qualifications:
- - Minimum 2 years of Accounts Receivable experience in a high-volume office environment. -
- Strong knowledge of billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, and month-end closing procedures. -
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, with excellent data entry skills. -
- Strong organizational, multitasking, communication, and customer service skills; equipment rental industry experience preferred. -
- Must successfully pass a background check and 5-panel drug screen.

- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
