Picker/Packer Associate Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.54 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 03:00pm to11:30pm )
- Accurately locate, select, and pick customer orders from designated warehouse racks using handheld Radio Frequency (RF) scanners.
- Verify product integrity, quantity, and item numbers against order specifications to ensure complete accuracy.
- Inspect merchandise for any damage, defects, or discrepancies prior to packaging.
- Securely and efficiently package selected items into appropriate boxes or shipping containers, ensuring proper protection for transit.
- Accurately apply shipping labels, tags, and any necessary documentation to completed packages.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production goals and contribute to overall operational efficiency.
Picker/Packer Associate Qualifications:
- Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Capable of standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, and climbing for extended periods during an 8-hour shift.
- Prior pick/pack and RF scanner experience a plus.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
