Forklift Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 to $ 18.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Safely operate sit-down / stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials throughout the warehouse
- Pick, stage, and prepare orders for shipment according to work orders and inventory standards
- Perform accurate counts and record material movement in inventory systems (paper or RF scanner)Inspect forklift and equipment before and after use; report any malfunctions or safety concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to support a safe environment
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including palletizing, wrapping, sorting, and labeling
Forklift Operator Qualifications:
- Recent forklift operating experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of the shift
- Forklift certification preferred (client may assess and certify onsite depending on need)
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
