Outside Sales Rep Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
28.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Prospect new customers through cold calling, networking, and in-person visits
- Develop and manage an assigned sales territory
- Build relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend products or services
- Meet or exceed established sales goals
- Conduct sales presentations and close new business
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity in CRM software
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer needs
- Prepare sales reports and provide updates to management
- Assist with customer account and payment follow-ups
Outside Sales Rep Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of sales experience; outside sales preferred
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with business owners and executive-level decision-makers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory independently
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
