Phone Specialist Details:
Direct Hire position- $
22.00 to $ 24.00 / annually Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Answer inbound calls/dial outbound calls
- No cold calling, following up with referrals.
- triage issues
- gather insurance information
Phone Specialist Qualifications:
- Previous call center experience
- Previous medical/insurance experience preferred
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
