Maintenance/Field Service Technician Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $29.00 to $32.00 /hour
• First Shift

• Travel to customer locations to install, start up, troubleshoot, repair, and service industrial shot-blasting equipment.
• Provide on-site technical support by diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, performing tests, and implementing effective repairs.
• Respond to customer service calls and emails, resolving equipment issues and providing technical guidance.
• Complete equipment installations and verify proper operation and performance
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships by providing timely, professional service and support.
• Document service visits, repairs, installations, and maintenance activities through reports and service records.
• Coordinate daily schedules and travel arrangements to support customer service needs.
• Assist with machinery assembly and manufacturing activities during periods without field assignments.
