Operator/General Labor Details:
Temporary position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to02:30pm )
- Associate will perform all aspects of the seed conditioning process including cleaning, sizing, gravity and color sort operations.
- Associate will cross reference orders on SAP print outs, excel spreadsheets and ensure no discrepancies are present to maintain seed integrity.
- Pick, pack, and stage customer orders accurately to meet daily quotas.
- Maintain correct seed variety identification, batch segregation, labeling, and traceability to prevent mixing.
- Follow workplace safety procedures, PPE requirements and quality.
Operator/General Labor Qualifications:
- Associate must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand for 8-12 hours shifts.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, reach, climb stairs and walk the majority of the day.
- Attention to detail and able to follow directions.
- Familiarity with RF scanner.
- Computer skills.
- Must be open to cross train on a sit down forklift.
- Able to read and write and follow purchase orders.
- Experience in seed processing or agricultural production preferred.
