General Labor Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available ( Sunday throughSaturday from 04:00am to04:00pm )
As a General Laborer, you will assist with daily production and packaging operations in a food manufacturing facility. You’ll help maintain an efficient workflow, keep production areas clean, and ensure products are handled according to quality and safety standards. Responsibilities: Assist with general production and packaging duties. Sort, inspect, and handle products and materials. Load and unload materials and supplies as needed. Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment. Monitor products for quality issues and report concerns. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures. Assist production team members with additional duties as assigned. Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality and accuracy.
General Labor Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift and move materials as required by the position. Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. Willingness to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines. Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team.
