Assembly 1st Shift Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available ( Sunday throughSaturday )
s an Assembly Worker, you will assemble automotive components, inspect finished products, and help ensure parts meet quality and production standards. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, follows instructions carefully, and takes pride in producing quality products. Responsibilities: Assemble automotive components and parts according to work instructions. Perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining quality and accuracy. Inspect parts and finished products for defects or inconsistencies. Use basic hand tools and production equipment as needed. Follow established procedures and safety guidelines. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards. Identify and report quality concerns or equipment issues to a supervisor. Work collaboratively with team members to keep production running smoothly
Assembly 1st Shift Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but not required. Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical job duties. Ability to lift and move materials as required by the position. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
