Bryan, OH company is looking for a metal fabricator. First shift, 7 am to 3 :30 pm.

Metal Fabrication Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
25.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Fabricate sheet metal ductwork, transitions, elbows, offsets, plenums, and other HVAC fittings.
- Read shop drawings, sketches, measurements, and job specifications to lay out and build required pieces.
- Prepare quotes for ductwork, custom signs, and other fabrication projects based on material, labor, and job requirements.
- Provide exemplary customer service in person, by phone, and email.
- Measure, mark, cut, bend, form, and assemble sheet metal using shop equipment and hand tools.
- Set up and operate the CNC plasma cutting table for ductwork components, custom signs, and specialty metal projects.
Metal Fabrication Qualifications:
- Experience in sheet metal fabrication, HVAC duct fabrication, or a related metalworking trade preferred.
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately and perform basic shop math, including fractions and angles.
- Ability to interpret drawings and visualize how flat patterns form finished pieces.
- Familiarity with sheet metal brakes, shears, rolls, seamers, and similar fabrication equipment preferred.
- CNC plasma table and CAD/CAM software experience strongly preferred.
- Welding, metal finishing, or custom sign fabrication experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, reliable attendance, and the ability to work independently and with a team.
- Willingness to learn new equipment, software, and fabrication techniques
