Brazer - Jacksonville, TX Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
14.00 to $ 15.50 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 06:00am to04:30am )
Pay: $14.00 - $15.50 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Overtime: Fridays as needed
- Braze and assemble metal components per blueprints and work orders.
- Position parts using fixtures, jigs, and vises.
- Clean and prepare surfaces for brazing.
- Operate oxygen, fuel gas, and natural gas torch equipment.
- Adjust gas flow, pressure, and flame settings.
- Apply flux and brazing materials to joints.
- Braze seams and joints to create strong metal bonds.
Brazer - Jacksonville, TX Qualifications:
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- 1+ years previous brazing, soldering, welding, or manufacturing experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to use hand tools, measuring devices, and brazing equipment safely.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and production documents
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as needed.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, machinery, and production equipment.
- Must be able to perform repetitive hand and arm movements.
