Art Designer/Customer Service Rep Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
22.00 to $ 24.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:15am to05:00pm )
- Create custom faceplate designs, marketing materials, and other artwork based on customer-provided samples and worksheets.
- Design and modify graphics using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Review artwork for accuracy, spelling, grammar, and overall quality.
- Collaborate with customers and internal departments to ensure designs meet specifications.
- Receive and process customer purchase orders through the company order management system.
- Proof artwork and send proofs to customers for review and approval.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Provide support on order status, artwork revisions, and customer requests.
- Serve as a backup Customer Service Representative as business needs require.
Art Designer/Customer Service Rep Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign is required.
- Previous experience in graphic design, customer service, project management, or a related field preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and order management systems.
- Excellent attention to detail, including strong spelling and grammar skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with coworkers and multiple departments.
