We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist with hands-on experience using ADP Workforce Now. The ideal candidate will have strong payroll processing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure accurate and timely payroll.

Payroll specialist Details:
Temporary position- $
26.00 to $ 30.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to04:00pm )
- Process biweekly payroll using ADP Workforce Now and other payroll systems.
- Review timecards, resolve payroll discrepancies, and ensure accurate and timely employee payments.
- Process employee updates, including new hires, transfers, salary changes, and status changes.
- Assist with certified payroll, prevailing wage reporting, and payroll processing through LCPtracker.
- Respond to payroll inquiries from employees and management, and prepare daily payroll reports.
Payroll specialist Qualifications:
- Previous experience in payroll processing, preferably in construction or a similar industry.
- Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now and other payroll systems.
- Knowledge of certified payroll, prevailing wage requirements, and LCPtracker
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
