Now hiring a skilled Robot Welder in the Litchfield area. Candidates must have prior welding experience and be able to produce quality welds in a manufacturing environment.

Robot Welder Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 05:00am to01:30pm )
- Perform weld preparation, welding, and finishing operations according to customer drawings and specifications.
- Operate both robotic welding equipment and perform manual welding as needed.
- Read and interpret weld symbols and blueprints.
- Set up and use fixtures while maintaining proper weld parameters.
- Use precision measuring tools to inspect and verify product quality.
- Complete process inspections and required documentation.
- Perform basic welding equipment and robot maintenance.
- Grind and finish welded parts using hand and power tools.
Robot Welder Qualifications:
- Must have previous welding experience and be able to pass a MIG weld test.
- Must be able to read and interpret blueprints.
- Able to meet the physical demands of the job, including repetitive lifting, standing, walking, and bending.
- Comfortable wearing required PPE, including steel-toe boots.
- Must have steel-toe boots/shoes.
- Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, dust, and heat.
- Available to work overtime and weekends as needed.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
