Maintenance Technician - 4 Day Week Details:
Direct Hire position- $
22.00 to $ 24.00 / annually Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 06:00am to04:30am )
- Perform maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment and facility systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
- Complete preventative maintenance to reduce equipment downtime
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reliability
- Document maintenance activities and completed repairs
- Work closely with production teams to keep operations running smoothly
- Respond to equipment breakdowns in a timely manner to minimize production interruptions
Maintenance Technician - 4 Day Week Qualifications:
- 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience or strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment
- Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Valid driver's license Own basic hand tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work in a manufacturing environment
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
