This key role coordinates daily activities between our customers, warehouse office, and warehouse operations to help ensure accurate, efficient, and timely service.

Account Specialist Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
21.50 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to04:30pm )
- Communicate professionally with customers by phone, email, and in person.
- Enter, update, and maintain customer inventory records using various Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Process and maintain required documentation, including bills of lading (BOLs), invoices, pick sheets, and put sheets, in accordance with customer and company guidelines.
- Prepare and process customer billing accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with inventory control activities and cycle counts as needed.
- Coordinate information between customers, warehouse office staff, and warehouse operations to support smooth daily operations.
Account Specialist Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience required.
- Experience in warehousing, transportation, or logistics preferred.
- Excellent computer skills and data entry accuracy.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, including Microsoft Excel.
- Strong 10-key data entry skills.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
