The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, leasing experience, and the ability to help prospective residents find their next home.

Leasing Assistant Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.00 to $ 18.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughSaturday from 09:00am to06:00pm )
- Assist prospective residents with apartment tours and leasing inquiries.
- Process rental applications and follow up with applicants.
- Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records.
- Respond to resident questions and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist with daily office operations and maintain organized records.
- Help meet occupancy goals and promote available units.
Leasing Assistant Qualifications:
- Previous leasing or property management experience required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Basic computer and administrative skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
