We are seeking a diligent and active individual to join a great team in the Bindery Department at a local Print Shop.

Bindery Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to04:30pm )
- Operate bindery equipment to cut, fold, collate, staple, and finish printed materials.
- Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and appearance.
- Package completed orders and prepare them for shipment or delivery.
- Follow job tickets and production schedules to meet deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Perform routine equipment setup and basic maintenance as needed.
- Assist with other production and warehouse duties as assigned.
Bindery Operator Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or bindery experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
