Purchasing & Procurement Manager Details:
Direct Hire position- $
85,000.00 to $ 100,000.00 / annually First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
Job Details
- Oversee purchasing and procurement activities to support manufacturing operations
- Negotiate supplier pricing, contracts, and vendor agreements
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials, ingredients, and packaging supplies
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure on-time delivery of materials
- Collaborate with production, warehouse, quality, and finance teams to support demand planning
- Analyze costs, identify savings opportunities, and improve procurement efficiency
Purchasing & Procurement Manager Qualifications:
- 5+ years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience in manufacturing
- Experience negotiating supplier pricing, contracts, and vendor relationships
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, demand planning, and procurement processes
- Experience with ERP systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Excel
- Food manufacturing experience preferred. Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
