Assembly Associate Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Precisely build and assemble mechanical and electrical components according to detailed specifications, diagrams, and work instructions.
- Perform electrical assembly tasks, which may include wiring, connecting components, and basic testing.
- Actively contribute to maintaining accurate inventory levels through diligent tracking, proper handling, and organization of parts and finished products.
- Assist with a variety of day-to-day production activities, supporting overall team efficiency and output targets.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and quality control standards.
Assembly Associate Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to follow complex written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and an understanding of fundamental assembly principles.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
