Inside Sales / Customer Service Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to04:00pm )
- Answer calls, respond to emails, and greet walk-in customers professionally
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, orders, and service inquiries
- Coordinate with customers, installers, sales staff, and project managers.
- Maintain customer files, job folders, and project documentation
- Perform data entry, process sales orders, quotes, returns, and invoices
- Follow up on sales leads, quotes, payments, and installation schedules.
- Assist customers with product selection and recommend additional products.
- Process permits, required payments, and Lead RRP documentation
- Maintain replacement window sales and installation records
- Monitor shipments, product availability, and installation schedules
- Coordinate completed jobs with installation and accounting teams. Assist with payment processing, invoicing, and sales records
- Provide administrative support to sales staff and management
Inside Sales / Customer Service Qualifications:
- Customer service, inside sales, or office administration experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, data entry, and computer systems
- Experience with sales orders, quotes, invoicing, and payment processing preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional, dependable, and customer-focused
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns.
- Knowledge of windows, doors, or construction materials is a plus
- Ability to learn products, pricing, and company procedures quickly
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
