1st Shift Production Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
14.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
1st Shift Production Associate - Wire Harness Assembly Overview
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Perform general production duties efficiently and accurately.
- Execute detailed wire harness assembly tasks, including terminating, molding, and wire stripping.
- Operate and maintain production equipment and tools safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety standards and quality control procedures.
- Perform light lifting as required throughout the shift.
1st Shift Production Qualifications:
- Capable of standing for an 8-hour shift.
- Must be able to perform light lifting tasks.
- For safety, hair must be pulled back/up, and no loose or dangling clothes or jewelry are permitted in the production area.
- Previous experience in wire harness assembly.
- Prior experience as a production line worker or in a manufacturing setting.
- Demonstrated strong attention to detail and fine motor skills.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
