Welder/Fabricator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 to $ 24.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:30am to03:00pm )
- Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 03:00pm to 11:30pm)
- Starting pay depends on experience
Job Duties:
- TIG/MIG weld stainless steel, steel, and aluminum.
- Read blueprints and follow welding specifications.
- Set up equipment, prepare materials, and fabricate metal components.
- Inspect finished welds for quality and accuracy.
- Maintain equipment and follow safety procedures.
Welder/Fabricator Qualifications:
- 1+ year of TIG/MIG welding experience in a fabrication shop.
- Ability to pass a welding assessment.
- Able to read blueprints and perform basic math.
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to occasionally lift 25–65 lbs.
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
