Machine Operator
We are hiring Machine Operators and CNC Coilers to operate production equipment, set up machinery, inspect finished parts, and ensure products meet quality standards. Candidates should have strong mechanical aptitude, be comfortable reading blueprints, using precision measuring tools, and making basic machine adjustments.

Machine Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
24.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to02:30pm )
- Operate production and CNC coiling equipment.
- Set up machines, tooling, and controls for production runs.
- Read blueprints, work instructions, and specifications.
- Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Make minor machine adjustments and basic repairs as needed.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Machine Operator Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings
- Experience with calipers, micrometers, and measuring tools
- Basic math and computer skills
- CNC/coiling experience preferred
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
