Spooling Machine Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 05:00am to03:00pm )
- Operate wire winding and twisting machines to spool wire to specified lengths.
- Load spools, thread wire through machinery, and cut wire as needed.
- Monitor equipment, perform routine maintenance, and report mechanical issues.
- Inspect, label, and verify finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe work area and meet daily production goals.
Spooling Machine Operator Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred; minimum of one year of work experience preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to read, write, and understand basic English instructions.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet daily production goals.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and safely operate machinery; forklift experience preferred.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
