Assistant Manager Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
21.00 to $ 23.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available ( Monday throughSaturday from 07:00am to07:00pm )
- Assist in meeting sales and operational goals
- Train, mentor, and motivate baristas & shift supervisors
- Manage inventory and maintain appealing displays
- Ensure top-tier customer service and address concerns
- Analyze sales trends and optimize business strategies
- Schedule staff and maintain a clean, safe environment
Assistant Manager Qualifications:
- Starbucks Experience HIGHLY preferred- 2+ years experience in a supervisory or management role
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Proficiency in POS, scheduling & inventory management
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
