• First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

We are looking for candidates to join our fast-paced production team. In this role, you will prepare, inspect, and pack high-volume custom print and digital production orders.

Your main goal is ensuring every order is packed accurately, securely, and shipped on time to our global clients.

Core Responsibilities

• Product Packing: Assemble, kit, sort, and box printed materials, custom books, and retail items.

• Quality Assurance: Verify print quality, item counts, and accuracy against work order specifications.

• Shipping Preparation: Apply shipping labels, barcodes, and custom inserts for automated fulfillment workflows.

• Station Maintenance: Keep your workspace and inventory areas clean, organized, and safe.

• Team Collaboration: Communicate with digital press operators and expeditors to maintain steady workflow speeds.

Qualifications & Skills

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume automated manufacturing facility.

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first attitude.

• Basic computer or inventory software proficiency is a plus.
