Coater & Painter Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
15.00 to $ 18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to05:00pm )
- Prepare parts and surfaces for painting or powder coating.
- Apply coatings according to company quality standards.
- Inspect finished products for quality and consistency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate and care for painting/coating equipment and tools.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials as needed.
Coater & Painter Qualifications:
- Experience in painting, powder coating, or manufacturing preferred.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Reliable attendance and positive attitude.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
