Machine Operator
Elwood Staffing has immediate openings for a experienced Machine Operator to join its production team. This position is responsible for operating and monitoring packaging equipment, ensuring quality standards are met, and keeping production running efficiently.

Machine Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.00 to $ 23.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 06:00am to04:30pm )
- Operate and adjust production machinery throughout the shift.
- Ensure product quality and meet daily production goals.
- Lead and support line workers with packaging, inspection, and material flow.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and notify maintenance of equipment issues.
- Maintain accurate production records and follow safety procedures.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
Machine Operator Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and leadership abilities.
- Reliable work history and self-motivated attitude.
- Ability to stand for entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
