Fabricator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
25.00 to $ 35.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Candidates must be prepared for potential transition to 2nd or 3rd shift based on business needs and training completion.
- Read, interpret, and work from complex blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders.
- Operate and set up various fabrication equipment, including CNC machinery and brake presses, to cut, form, and shape metal components.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to ensure parts meet exact specifications and quality standards.
- Safely and efficiently handle materials using stand-up forklifts and overhead cranes/hoists.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
Fabricator Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience operating stand-up forklifts and overhead cranes/hoists.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring tools including micrometers and calipers.
- Hands-on experience with brake press operation.
- Proven ability as a CNC Operator.
- Previous Stand up Forklift experience
- Previous Crane and Hoist experience
- Expertise in blueprint reading and interpretation.
- Ability to frequently lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a non-climate controlled manufacturing facility.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
