2nd Shift RSA Machine Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.40 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 02:00pm to10:00pm )
2nd Shift RSA Machine Operator
Initial Training: Monday - Friday, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (3rd Shift). This comprehensive training period will ensure you are fully prepared for your regular shift.
Regular Shift: Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (2nd Shift)
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate RSA machinery and other assigned production equipment in accordance with established procedures and work instructions.
- Perform machine setup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting to maintain optimal performance.
- Conduct thorough visual inspections of products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Assist with the assembly of components and packaging of finished goods.
2nd Shift RSA Machine Operator Qualifications:
Please note that the ovens department can be very hot.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. regularly throughout the shift.
- Required Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator, with specific experience operating CNC machinery (CNC Operator).
- Experience with CNC setup and/or programming is a significant advantage.
- Preferred Skills: Proficiency in using precision measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and tape measures.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Experience operating laser etching machines.
- Knowledge of basic machine maintenance, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
- Experience with various machinist tools and lathes.
