Supervisor Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
26.00 to $ 30.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Second Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 02:00pm to10:00pm )
- Direct and supervise a team, ensuring efficient completion of tasks and adherence to operational guidelines.
- Monitor daily activities, maintain productivity levels, and identify areas for operational improvement.
- Enforce all company safety protocols and procedures within the dynamic outdoor work environment.
- Conduct routine checks to ensure proper use of equipment and compliance with safety standards.
- Provide clear guidance, support, and on-the-job training to team members as needed.
- Address operational issues, resolve minor conflicts, and escalate significant concerns to senior management professionally.
- Maintain open communication with management, providing regular updates on progress, challenges, and team performance.
Supervisor Qualifications:
- Pervious supervisor experience of at least 3 years in a manufacturing setting
- Experience with Microsoft Office a plus
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods throughout an 8-hour shift.
- Capable of lifting and carrying objects weighing up to 25 pounds occasionally.
- Good manual dexterity, visual acuity, and hearing are essential for monitoring operations and ensuring team safety.
- Must be able to work in high-heat and humid conditions exceeding 100 degrees during summer months.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
