Warehouse Lead Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
22.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:30am to04:00pm )
- Open the warehouse and gates each morning, ensuring daily operations start on time.
- Operate a sit-down forklift to load and unload trucks, customer vehicles, and merchandise.
- Assist customers with product loading while providing friendly, professional service.
- Organize warehouse inventory, stock storefront displays, and maintain accurate product placement.
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment while handling materials weighing up to 75 pounds.
Warehouse Lead Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of forklift experience within the past 2 years; sit-down forklift experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work indoors and outdoors in a non-climate-controlled environment.
- Strong customer service, inventory management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Excellent attendance, punctuality, and reliable transportation to North Nashville for a 6:30 AM start.
- Must successfully complete a hands-on forklift assessment and provide a current resume or complete work history.
