General Labor Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $16.00 to $18.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 04:30pm)

• Perform manufacturing operations on the production floor and other various tasks including machine operations, tabbing of parts. shipping and fulfillment, and following proper procedures and processes.
• Operate equipment including, but not limited to CNC Band Saws, CNC Press Brakes, and power hand tools.
• Ensure orders are filled and tagged accurately to the appropriate specifications and shipped without damage in a timely manner.
• Ensure production paperwork is documented and completed accurately.
• Work with team leaders and management to improve quality and process efficiency.
• Visually inspect product, identify defects/rejects, and escalate issues as required
• Participate in quality control inspections as needed.
• Follow all safety guidelines, practices, and procedures, report any unsafe behavior or situation.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
