2nd Shift Production Supervisor Details:
Direct Hire position- $
60,000.00 to $ 80,000.00 / annually Second Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 03:00pm to11:30pm )
Job Details
- Supervise daily 2nd shift manufacturing operations
- Coordinate production schedules and workflow to meet customer demands
- Lead and develop production employees through coaching and training
- Conduct shift meetings and communicate production priorities
- Troubleshoot production delays, equipment issues, and process disruptions
- Monitor quality standards and implement corrective actions when needed
- Promote a safe work environment and ensure OSHA compliance
2nd Shift Production Supervisor Qualifications:
- Associate degree, technical training, military experience, or equivalent manufacturing experience
- 3-5 years of experience as a technical lead or supervisor in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in assembly, wiring, or electronics manufacturing preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of production, quality, and safety processes
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
