Data Entry
The ideal candidate will possess excellent data entry and mathematical skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to manage and re-prioritize workload effectively in a dynamic environment.Accurately enter and meticulously check order specifications against established price lists, quotes, and estimates. * Collaborate closely with Customer Service and Estimating departments to address and implement any necessary alterations to quotes or job details. * Develop a comprehensive understanding of our production processes to ensure all job entries are accurate and complete.

Data Entry Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
Proven strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. * Proficiency in basic mathematics and exceptional spelling acuity. * Excellent memory retention for job specifications, processes, and customer details. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulate and knowledgeable correspondence. * Demonstrated ability to be highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable to shifting priorities. * Experience in a customer-facing role or strong customer service orientation. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including familiarity with basic formulas. * Ability to work cordially and effectively with others in a team environment.
