Filling Line Lead Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
32.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 04:35am to03:15pm )
- Lead and actively participate in daily filling line production operations.
- Assign tasks, coordinate workflow, and support team members to meet production goals.
- Train employees on operating procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards.
- Monitor production performance, troubleshoot issues, and communicate updates to supervisors.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet established specifications.
Filling Line Lead Qualifications:
- Direct experience leading a filling line or similar production team in a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with filling operations, chemical mixing, and/or production machinery.
- Demonstrated knowledge of quality assurance procedures and manufacturing standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, training, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to frequently lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.; steel-toe shoes required.
