Recruiter Details:
Temporary position- $
23.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:30am to05:00pm )
- Recruit, screen, and onboard new employees.
- Post job openings and schedule interviews. Maintain employee files and process HR paperwork.
- Assist with benefits administration and employee support.
- Provide office, reception, and recruiting event support.
Recruiter Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous recruiting experience required, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle confidential information and manage multiple priorities in a professional office environment.
- Must have reliable transportation and successfully complete pre-employment screening requirements.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
