General Laborer Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:30am to04:00pm )
- Operate, mix, and install heat-resistant refractory materials in industrial equipment and furnaces.
- Perform physical labor including lifting materials, shoveling, cleaning, and preparing work areas.
- Assist with repairs, maintenance, and replacement of refractory linings in high-temperature environments.
- Follow strict safety procedures while working with tools, equipment, and industrial machinery.
- Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
General Laborer Qualifications:
- Previous industrial, construction, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, climbing, and working in high-temperature environments.
- Must follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Reliable transportation, strong attendance, and the ability to work overtime or travel to job sites as needed.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not always required, depending on the position and experience level.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
