The Leaf Vac Operator works alongside a truck driver to collect curbside leaf piles throughout residential and commercial areas. This role involves operating a commercial leaf vacuum hose and assisting with leaf collection using rakes, tarps, and blowers when needed. This is a physically demanding outdoor position requiring candidates to work in changing weather conditions while maintaining safety, efficiency, and professionalism

Fall Clean Up Details:
Temporary position- $
20.00 to $ 25.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to06:00pm )
- Operate a commercial leaf vacuum hose to collect curbside leaf piles
- Assist with leaf collection using rakes, tarps, and blowers as needed
- Consolidate large or scattered leaf piles for efficient collection
- Protect customer property, landscaping, mailboxes, and company equipment
- Communicate effectively with drivers and crew members throughout the day
- Help maintain a productive and efficient work environment
Fall Clean Up Qualifications:
- Dependable and punctual attendance
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods
- Comfortable working outdoors in cold, wet, windy, and changing weather conditions
- Ability to lift, pull, bend, rake, and work on uneven terrain
- Comfortable handling and maneuvering a large vacuum hose throughout the day
- Ability to stay alert and aware of surrounding traffic and pedestrians
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Respectful attitude toward customers, property, and equipment
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
