Looking for a flexible way to earn extra income? We're hiring Part-Time Secret Shoppers to complete compliance check routes at retail and restaurant locations. If you're between 21 and 25 years old, enjoy working independently, and have reliable transportation, we'd love to hear from you!
Company Profile
As a Secret Shopper, you'll visit assigned stores and restaurants as part of a compliance monitoring program. Your role is to evaluate whether employees properly request identification before attempting to sell age-restricted products such as tobacco or alcohol.
After each visit, you'll document your experience and submit your findings through our reporting system. No purchases are required, and no penalties are issued to employees based on your visit. The goal is to help businesses improve compliance and training efforts.

Secret Shopper Details:
Temporary position- $
18.00 / hour Part Time work availableVarious shifts available
- Visit assigned retail and restaurant locations
- Conduct compliance checks involving age-restricted products
- Observe and record whether identification is requested before a sale is attempted
- Complete required documentation accurately and promptly
- Submit reports through the BARs Program app or website
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality throughout all visits
Secret Shopper Qualifications:
- Must be 21-25 years old Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to follow instructions and accurately document observations
- Comfortable traveling between locations on assigned routes
- Access to a smartphone is helpful but not required
- Complete a brief 16-minute training video before starting
- Additional Information:
- No purchases are required during visits
- No background check or drug screen required
- Routes vary in length, number of locations, and mileage
- Mileage reimbursement is processed after route completion and verification
