Maintenance Technician
We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to join a growing food manufacturing team! Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to keep production equipment running safely and efficiently.

Maintenance Technician Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
30.00 to $ 33.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 05:30am to02:30pm )
- Pay Rate: $31.00–$33.00 per hour
- Schedule: 4:00 AM–3:30 PM during training. Once trained on startup procedures, the schedule will transition to 5:00 AM–3:30 PM.
- Perform corrective and emergency maintenance on food processing and packaging equipment to minimize downtime.
- Complete scheduled preventative maintenance and assigned work orders to extend equipment life.
- Troubleshoot and repair minor mechanical and electrical equipment issues.
- Rebuild pumps, mills, gearboxes, and other mechanical equipment.
- Use plant systems to submit maintenance requests, track work hours, and initiate purchasing requests.
- Assist production machine operators with equipment troubleshooting.
- Train machine operators on updated equipment procedures and best practices.
- Follow all established HACCP, OSHA, and FSMA policies and preventive control requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Knowledge of preventative maintenance and equipment repair.
- Ability to work safely in a food manufacturing environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
