1st Shift Machine Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.40 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to02:00pm )
The ideal candidate will be reliable, attentive to detail, and committed to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
1st Shift 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM Monday - Friday Will be required to work overtime as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery in strict accordance with training protocols and safety guidelines.
- Perform essential part checks using basic measuring tools to ensure quality standards.
- Assist with basic machine setup procedures under direct instruction.
- Load raw materials into machines and efficiently remove finished parts.
- Maintain a clean and organized machine area, including sweeping, mopping, and scrap removal.
- Accurately document production counts and simple quality checks as required.
- Promptly report any machinery malfunctions or issues to maintenance or your supervisor. *
1st Shift Machine Operator Qualifications:
- Ability to stand and move continuously throughout the 8-hour shift.
- Capable of lifting and handling materials as necessary.
- Must be able to bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions safely and consistently
- Must possess personal steel-toe shoes.
- Previous experience as a Production Line Worker and Machine Operator Preferred.
