Temp-to-Hire position- $
21.00 to $ 25.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to05:00pm )
Elwood Staffing is seeking Skilled Welders for current and upcoming opportunities throughout Northern Utah.
We're looking for candidates with experience in MIG production welding, structural welding, pipe welding, and TIG welding on aluminum and stainless steel. Pay ranges from $21-$25/hr DOE. Welding certifications are a plus, and some positions may require weld testing.

Skilled Welder Qualifications:
- 2+ years of welding experience preferred
- Experience with MIG, TIG, Stick, or Flux Core welding
- Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols
- Experience with structural, pipe, fabrication, or production welding
- Ability to pass weld tests as required
- Welding certifications a plus
- Strong commitment to safety and quality
- Reliable attendance and transportation
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
